When do we receive our first bill?

We create accounts based on the start date. Billing for new accounts will be sent out 2-5 business days after the start date.

When is my bill due?

One Way Inc. expects payment to be remitted within 15 days of receipt.

What are my payment options?

You can mail in a check, pay over the phone, & pay online via Bill & Pay. You are welcome to set up automatic payments via Bill & Pay or directly over the phone with a customer service representative. We accept all four major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa) as well as electronic checks.

What is and is not recyclable?
